He is also an active investor in the CEE region, always looking for new opportunities. He is coaching and mentoring several startups as well as leading sales and marketing for portfolio companies. He is a sought-after expert and keynote speaker on startup conferences. His passion is continuous personal development, learning new languages and seeking for new trends in business and leadership.

When it comes to strategic communications and agile management tools, Andrea takes the driver seat. A certified SAFE scrum master and agile coach, equipped with more than 18 years of strategic communications experience, she is passionate to find the most effective combination of tools, that takes your business to the next level. She has worked in several industries from real estate to space business. She believes in team-empowerment, good old-fashioned logical thinking and that managing an organization is everyone’s responsibility.
